Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage core financial operations of the company. This hybrid role requires a strong grasp of accounting principles and a people-first approach. The ideal candidate will be comfortable juggling numbers and nurturing company engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance

  • Co-ordinate for day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records with company accountant.
  • Process vendor bills, customer invoices, and payments.
  • Co-ordinate with company accountant for reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting.
  • Support annual audits and tax filings.
  • Manage statutory filings with respect to TDS, GST, PT, etc.
  • Support statutory monthly filings with SEBI.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (CA, payroll service, PF consultant, etc.)
  • Set up and handle accounts for employees onboarding and offboarding.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements based on attendance and leave tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance.
